ZCZL Shares Climb Over 3% on Plans by Directors and Executives to Purchase Additional A-Shares

Stock News07-16

Shares of ZCZL (HKEX: 00564) have risen more than 3%. At the time of writing, the stock is up 3.21%, trading at HK$13.83 with a turnover of HK$10.53 million.

The move follows a company announcement on July 15th. Chairman Jiao Chengyao, Vice Chairman and General Manager Jia Hao, directors Meng Hechao and Li Kaishun, deputy general managers Fu Qi, Zhang Haibin, and Wang Yongqiang, board secretary Zhang Yichen, and CFO Qiu Quan (collectively referred to as the "purchasing parties") plan to increase their holdings of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding on the exchange.

This decision is based on their confidence in the company's future stable development, recognition of its long-term investment value, and a desire to bolster investor confidence. The announcement stated that these parties intend to use their own or self-raised funds to purchase A-shares via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized bidding system within six months from the date of the announcement.

The total planned purchase amount is between RMB 27.6 million and RMB 36 million. The plan does not set a specific price range for the purchases; the timing will be determined opportunistically based on the company's share price movements and overall capital market trends.

Notably, Jiao Chengyao, Fu Qi, and Zhang Haibin had previously sold company shares between January 20th and 22nd, 2026. To avoid short-term trading conflicts, these three individuals plan to execute their new purchase plans during a specific window: starting six months after the completion of their previous sales and within the six-month period following this latest announcement.
