Postal Savings Bank Of China Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 601658) has announced the completion of its 2026 perpetual capital bond issuance.
The bank's 2026 Perpetual Capital Bonds (Series I) (Bond Connect) were priced on June 2, 2026, with the issuance finalized on June 4, 2026.
The total issuance size for this tranche amounts to 30 billion yuan.
The bonds carry an initial coupon rate of 1.88% for the first five years, with this rate subject to adjustment every subsequent five years.
Furthermore, the issuer holds a conditional redemption right on each interest payment date, starting from the fifth year onwards.
