Following the last domestic refined oil price adjustment on July 3rd, international market crude oil prices have fluctuated with an upward trend. The average price over the 10 working days preceding this adjustment was higher than the average over the 10 working days before the previous adjustment.
In response to changes in international oil prices, the National Development and Reform Commission has decided to increase domestic refined oil prices effective from 24:00 on July 17, 2026. Accordingly, the prices for domestic gasoline and diesel (standard product) will be raised by 300 yuan and 290 yuan per ton, respectively, from the current levels.
After this adjustment, the price for 89-octane gasoline meeting the National VI-B standard in the region will increase from 6.74 yuan per liter to 6.96 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.22 yuan per liter. The price for 92-octane gasoline will rise from 7.24 yuan per liter to 7.48 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.24 yuan per liter. The price for 95-octane gasoline will go up from 7.82 yuan per liter to 8.08 yuan per liter, an increase of 0.26 yuan per liter. The price for 0-grade vehicle diesel meeting the National VI standard will increase from 6.88 yuan per liter to 7.13 yuan per liter, a rise of 0.25 yuan per liter.
All refined oil business operators are required to strictly implement and widely publicize the national refined oil price policy, clearly mark prices, and post the refined oil prices in prominent locations. Relevant local departments are to strengthen supervision and inspection of the adjusted refined oil prices to effectively maintain normal market order. Consumers can report any price violations through the 12315 platform.
