GAPACK Appoints Diao Shaolong as Joint Company Secretary

GAPACK (HKEX: 00468) has announced that Mr. Diao Shaolong has been appointed as a joint company secretary of the company, effective from June 29, 2026.

The company's current company secretary, Mr. Leung Chi Kit, will transition to serve as the other joint company secretary.

In accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, the company's authorized representatives have been changed from Ms. Wang Ziting and Mr. Leung to the company's Independent Non-executive Director, Mr. Cai Weikang, and Joint Company Secretary Mr. Diao, effective from June 29, 2026.

Furthermore, the agent for receiving legal processes and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company, as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), will be changed from Mr. Leung to Mr. Diao, effective from the same date, June 29, 2026.
