According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, OSHIDORI (00622) experienced a position anomaly on September 24, with a total transfer market value of 663 million HKD, accounting for 3.09%.
The company's shareholders transferred 201 million shares into OSHIDORI Securities and transferred out 200 million shares from Haotian International Securities.
OSHIDORI announced that it would issue 1.18 billion new shares to Nova Scope Ventures Limited at 2.70 HKD per share, with a consideration of approximately 3.186 billion HKD, in order to introduce AI strategic shareholder Terminus.
