CON AERO TECH: J.P. Morgan Securities Reports 6.37 Million-Share Derivative Dealings During Proposed Delisting Process

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) has released a Rule 22 Public Disclosure Form confirming that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror, executed a series of derivative transactions on 15 July 2026 as the company advances toward its proposed delisting from the Hong Kong market.

The transactions involved six separate dealings in “other types of products” linked to CON AERO TECH shares:

• Closing out of an existing derivative contract covering 16,000 shares at a reference price of USD 0.4195, generating USD 6,711.58.

• Issuance of five new derivative positions with maturities ranging from 20 July 2027 to 30 April 2029, referencing a combined 6.35 million shares at reference prices between USD 0.4105 and USD 0.4150. Total consideration for these new derivatives amounted to USD 2.63 million.

In aggregate, the day’s activity covered 6.37 million reference shares with total cash flows of USD 2.63 million. Following the dealings, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s resultant position—together with any parties with which it has agreements or understandings—stood at 318.84 million CON AERO TECH shares.

All trades were conducted for J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s own account. The disclosure complies with Hong Kong’s Takeovers and Mergers Code amid CON AERO TECH’s ongoing delisting proposal.
