Firefly Aerospace shares jumped 6.1% in overnight trading after the space technology company reported better-than-expected first-quarter earnings.

Singapore's Grab beat Wall Street expectations for first-quarter revenue, benefiting from resilient demand ‌for its ride-hailing and food-delivery services after rolling out promotional offers and bundled features to attract ​customers. The shares rose 1.4% in overnight trading.

Palantir raised its revenue outlook for the year and beat analyst forecasts. However, the company posted disappointing US commercial sales for the first quarter. The shares dropped 2.3% in overnight trading.

ON Semiconductor shares fell 4.5% in overnight trading even as the chip maker narrowly topped Wall Street expectations with its first-quarter earnings results and issued solid quarterly guidance amid increased investor “expectations.”

Duolingo posted strong first-quarter results ‌but signaled a more measured growth trajectory ahead, as the language-learning app prioritizes user engagement and product improvements over near-term monetization. The shares slumped 12.2% in overnight trading.
