JOINN (HKEX: 06127) has announced that the resolution regarding the appointment of Mr. Zhou Fengyuan as a Non-Executive Director was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Zhou's term commenced on the date of the Annual General Meeting and will conclude upon the expiry of the term of office of the fifth session of the Board of Directors.
