Kingsoft Corporation Limited announced the simultaneous publication of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. Both documents are now accessible in English and Chinese on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.kingsoft.com).
In alignment with the expanded paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, Kingsoft has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications as permitted under Rule 2.07A of the HKEX Listing Rules. Key points include:
• Scope of documents: Electronic communications cover directors’ reports, audited financial statements and any summary financial reports, interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Distribution channel: Both English and Chinese versions will be posted exclusively online, replacing printed copies by default. • Shareholder action: Registered holders are urged to supply a functional email address by scanning a personalized QR code or returning a reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Transitional arrangements: Until an email address is provided, shareholders will receive notification letters by post for each online release and will continue to receive actionable documents in print. • Opt-out option: Printed copies remain available on request free of charge. Any print-only instruction is valid for one year from the date of receipt.
The notification letter, dated 22 April 2026, directs shareholders with questions to contact the Hong Kong branch share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
