What does this role involve? Based on operational needs, you will be responsible for the daily management of the "Wave Studio" WeChat public account. This includes content creation, brand building, improving user experience, collaborative promotions for follower growth, and routine content reposting. You will also participate in various projects and initiatives, applying your creativity and intelligence.

We are looking for candidates with:

1. An understanding of the fundamental principles of operating content platforms like WeChat public accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and knowledge of key strategies for growing followers on these platforms.

2. Strong news sense, the ability to accurately judge information, and the skill to assess the quality of written content.

3. Good aesthetic judgment, capable of sourcing complementary images that add value to the text, with a meticulous, almost obsessive, attention to detail regarding text, layout, and imagery.

4. Patience, a sense of responsibility, professionalism, time management skills, and the ability to maintain sustained enthusiasm and curiosity for the work.

5. Priority will be given to those with experience operating public accounts with millions of followers, relevant operational resources, or the ability to commit to a long-term internship.

What does this role involve?

1. Availability to work 5 days a week. Priority for those who can start soon.

2. A good sense for online trends and the ability to craft compelling Weibo copy.

3. (Bonus) Relevant professional experience, particularly as an operator in China's well-known new media sector with specific Weibo operation experience.

Video Planning Intern

What does this role involve?

1. Video Thumbnail Design: Create engaging thumbnails that align with video themes, ensuring they meet the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Channels, and Weibo to boost video appeal.

2. Content Material Organization & Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials, engage in secondary creation, and design graphical content for Xiaohongshu, including image selection, layout, and copy optimization.

3. Account Operations: Handle daily operations for accounts across multiple platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and strategy adjustments based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform is essential.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, communicating design needs for video content, providing feedback, and supporting the content creation workflow.

5. Other Support Tasks: Assist the team in analyzing online video trends, participate in content reviews, and help improve overall operational efficiency.

We are looking for candidates with:

1. Professional Skills: A good sense of design aesthetics and proficiency in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. A portfolio must be attached to the application, with preference given to works showcasing video thumbnails or graphic design.

2. Platform Familiarity: Understanding of the rules, optimal posting times, and algorithms of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Channels, and Weibo, with the ability to adapt quickly to multi-platform operations.

3. Internet Trend Awareness & Style: A strong sense of online trends, familiarity with popular video styles, and the ability to create content that appeals to younger audiences.

4. Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with team members (e.g., directors), accept feedback, and iterate on designs.

5. Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or above, with preference for juniors, seniors, or graduate students. Backgrounds in design, media, or marketing are preferred. Relevant internship experience or personal account operation experience is a plus.
