Deep News08-12

At the semi-annual performance briefing for 2026 held on the evening of August 12, Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited Chairman and General Manager Chen Tianshi addressed the company's inventory exceeding 8.2 billion yuan, representing 45.32% of total assets. He stated, "The company formulates procurement plans based on customer order requirements and forecasts of future market demand. If the market environment changes in the future, it could increase the risk of inventory devaluation, adversely affecting the company's profitability. We will continue to expand the market, actively support the application of artificial intelligence, and control related risks."

According to Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited's latest semi-annual report for 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 5.996 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 108.13%. Net profit attributable to the parent company reached 2.311 billion yuan, up 122.61% from the same period last year. Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited Director, Vice General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer Ye Haoyin explained, "The increase in inventory is primarily due to an increase in raw materials and consignment processing materials at the end of the period. Thank you for your attention."

Chen Tianshi noted that during the reporting period, the company leveraged its technological expertise and iterative upgrades in AI chip products, fundamental system software platforms, and cluster software toolchains. This enabled sustained large-scale commercial deployment in core industries such as finance and the internet, creating an effective feedback loop between commercial scenarios and product optimization.
