HSBC raises EUR 3.50 billion via senior unsecured notes; securities admitted to London Stock Exchange

On 12 May 2026, HSBC Holdings plc completed the issuance of three euro-denominated senior unsecured notes with a combined principal amount of EUR 3.50 billion under its Debt Issuance Programme. All three tranches were simultaneously listed on the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
