YUEXIU SERVICES (06626) announced that, in order to further integrate corporate strategy with sustainable development, guide the company toward long-term stable growth, and actively enhance its comprehensive and far-reaching impact in sustainability, the board of directors has resolved to rename the "Environment, Social, and Governance Committee" as the "Sustainability Committee." The board also approved corresponding revisions to the committee's terms of reference to incorporate responsibilities related to sustainable development. The name change and the revised terms of reference will take effect on April 23, 2026.
