Beijing's municipal services have introduced another new feature for its residents.
The Jingtong app has now integrated with the official database of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, launching a service for checking the review results of points-based residency applications.
This new feature offers a more convenient and hassle-free way for individuals striving to build their lives in the capital to check their application status.
The points-based residency system is crucial for citizens' fundamental needs related to settling down and establishing a home.
With this service now available on the Jingtong app, users can check their application review details instantly from their mobile devices anytime and anywhere.
To access the service, simply open the Jingtong app and log into your personal account.
On the home page, search for "points-based residency," then select "Points-Based Residency Application Review Result Inquiry."
Alternatively, you can click on "All Services," navigate to "Household Registration & Archives" and then "Residence Permit Services," where you will find the "Points-Based Residency Application Review Result Inquiry" option.
Click to enter the service; if you are not logged in, you will be prompted to complete identity verification first.
Once logged in, you can view your personal review results.
Furthermore, as a new mobile channel for "Beijing Services," the Jingtong app also provides a range of other popular services that citizens frequently use.
These include social security inquiries, medical appointment bookings, and residence permit or card application processing.
Moving forward, the Jingtong app will continue to focus on high-frequency public service needs.
It aims to consistently optimize service functions, streamline procedures, and enhance the overall user experience, effectively creating a seamless "mobile gateway" for essential public services.
