According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 9th, BlackRock increased its holding in Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited (HKEX: 01398) by approximately 27,955,271 shares.
The transaction was executed at an average price of about HK$6.8995 per share, involving a total consideration of roughly HK$1.93 billion.
Following this acquisition, BlackRock's latest shareholding in ICBC stands at approximately 4.362 billion shares.
This holding now represents about 5.03% of the bank's issued share capital.
