FICUS TECH Secures First Medical Device Purchase Order from Zhejiang Tianliang Biomedical Technology

FICUS TECH (08107) has announced that a subsidiary of the group entered into an annual procurement framework agreement with Zhejiang Tianliang Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. on July 9, 2026.

The agreement outlines the supply of various products and related supply chain services by the group to the buyer during the contract period. This two-year contract is effective from July 9, 2026, to July 8, 2028.

Under the terms of this agreement, the buyer may issue purchase orders to the group for products including Class II medical devices, electronic computer servers, and Chinese herbal medicine agricultural products. Based on the estimated procurement volumes stipulated in the contract, the total annual consideration is projected to be approximately RMB 244 million.

It is important to note that this figure is for reference only, as the actual transaction value will depend on the purchase orders actually issued by the buyer during the contract term.

Concurrently with the signing of the agreement on July 9, 2026, the buyer issued its first purchase order under the contract for Class II medical devices, with a total value of RMB 4.4 million.

The group operates as a professional supply chain service provider, possessing capabilities in product sourcing, quality control, and logistics management.

The board of directors believes that entering into this contract allows the group to leverage its core supply chain competencies to meet the diversified procurement needs of the buyer.

Furthermore, this collaboration extends the application of the group's supply chain services into a broader range of product categories, demonstrating the scalability and flexibility of its supply chain capabilities.
