Huisen Shares Group Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026.

Authorised Share Capital • The authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. No increase or reduction was recorded during the period.

Issued Share Capital and Treasury Shares • Issued shares stayed unchanged at 3.83 billion ordinary shares. • The company continued to hold zero treasury shares, with no repurchases or cancellations noted for the month.

Public Float Compliance • Huisen Shares confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s initial prescribed public-float threshold of 25 percent as of month-end.

Share Option Scheme Activity • Under the share option scheme adopted on 2 December 2020, 85.16 million options remained outstanding, identical to the previous month. • No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred pursuant to option exercises, resulting in zero funds raised in June.

Other Equity Instruments • The report shows no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute the share base.

Overall, Huisen Shares maintained a stable equity profile through June 2026, with authorised and issued share counts, public-float status, and option positions all unchanged from the prior month.
