BRETON (01333) announced that Mr. Liu Xingyu has resigned from his position as a Co-Company Secretary of the company, effective from January 9, 2026, due to work changes.
Concurrently, Mr. Liu has also resigned from his roles as Vice President, Board Secretary, and Head of the Internal Audit Department, and will no longer hold any position within the company following his resignation.
Mr. Zhang Fei has been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary of the company, effective from January 9, 2026.
The company's other Co-Company Secretary, Ms. Cen Jiexian, will continue to serve in her position.
