Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. (SH: 600549) has announced that it has filed an arbitration application with the Beijing Arbitration Commission regarding a dispute with CMOC Group Limited, formerly known as Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Group Co., Ltd. The company alleges that CMOC breached the terms of the joint venture contract established for Luoyang Yulu Mining Co., Ltd. by ceasing the supply of tailings, which consequently forced the joint venture into a complete production halt.

According to the company's official announcement, Xiamen Tungsten recently received the case acceptance notice from the Beijing Arbitration Commission, bearing case number (2026) Jing Zhong Zi No. 08572. The total amount in dispute is provisionally calculated at RMB 116 million, with this figure extending through August 31, 2026.

In this arbitration proceeding, Xiamen Tungsten serves as the claimant, and the company states that this action represents a lawful measure to protect its legitimate rights and interests. Since the case has not yet been scheduled for a court hearing, the impact on the company's current and future profit remains uncertain, with the final outcome subject to the arbitration ruling and subsequent enforcement proceedings.
