On October 20, Jiayun Technology Inc. announced its intention to sell its entire stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haili Insurance Brokerage (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haili Insurance Brokerage"), to Flash Repair (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. On the same day, the company signed a Letter of Intent for Equity Acquisition with Flash Repair. According to Haili Insurance Brokerage’s official website, the company was established in 2012 and approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is a national insurance brokerage firm with internet sales qualifications, achieving a premium volume of over 420 million yuan in 2018 and 1.55 billion yuan in 2019. In July 2020, Jiayun Technology acquired 100% ownership of Haili Insurance Brokerage. In December 2024, Jiayun Technology indicated to investors that its subsidiary Haili Insurance Brokerage mainly engages in insurance brokerage, while its internet insurance business is still in the exploratory stage and has not yet formed substantial operations. In the first half of 2025, Jiayun Technology reported an operating income of 1.13 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 109.3%, and a net profit of -29.4187 million yuan, reducing losses by 7.13%. Facing performance losses, Jiayun Technology warned of related risks in its semi-annual report, stating that businesses it incubated previously, such as beauty skincare and insurance brokerage, have relatively small scales, with some business profitability still below expectations. The company's integration capability in these areas remains to be validated by the market. The future capability of these businesses to become scalable profit centers still faces uncertainties. The company will strive to enhance management efficiency, monitor industry trends, and timely optimize operating strategies, shutting down or transferring businesses that show growth risks or expansion below expectations, while accelerating related business growth and controlling investment risks.
