Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver&Tin Mining Co.,Ltd. (000426.SZ) has disclosed a fatal accident at its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiwuzhumuqin Banner Yinman Mining Co., Ltd. (Yinman Mining).
The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 PM on July 26, 2026, in the underground mining area of the third zone, at the 750-meter level, between sections 19-1 and 25-1 of the west main haulage. During production operations, one worker lost their life, with no other injuries reported.
Following the accident, the company promptly notified the local emergency management authorities. The cause of the incident and the worker's death are still under investigation. The company is fully cooperating with the investigation and subsequent procedures.
Yinman Mining has received a Site Handling Measures Decision from the Xiwuzhumuqin Banner Emergency Management Bureau, mandating a halt to all mining operations in the affected area. The mineral processing plant, however, remains in normal operation.
The company expressed deep mourning for the deceased employee and sincere apologies to the family. Currently, the mineral processing plant is running normally, with 350,000 tonnes of ore stockpiled on the surface, sufficient to supply the plant for approximately two and a half months. If the mining area cannot resume production in the short term, the company stated this is not expected to have a significant impact on its overall production or future financial performance.
