Keppel DC REIT raises 404.5 million Singapore dollars from oversubscribed preferential offer

Keppel DC REIT announced the results of its pro-rata, non-renounceable preferential offering launched on Sep, 22 2025, securing approximately 404.5 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds through the issue of 180,562,518 new units at 2.24 Singapore dollars each.

The offer, which closed on Oct, 13 2025, was about 168.2% subscribed. The trust received valid acceptances for 148,146,252 new units (82.1% of the total offered) and applications for 155,479,938 excess units (86.1%). To meet excess demand, 32,416,266 units from unsubscribed entitlements will be allotted, with priority given to rounding odd lots.

Following undertakings to take up their entitlements, Keppel DC Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. will hold 438,166,074 units (17.98% of the enlarged base), while Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd. will own 26,886,104 units (1.10%). The total number of units in issue will rise to 2,437,593,999.

The new units are expected to begin trading on the SGX-ST at 9:00 a.m. on Oct, 22 2025 and will rank pari passu with existing units, including the right to receive distributable income from Jul, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025 and thereafter.

Refunds for invalid or unsuccessful applications will be credited within three business days after the new units commence trading.
