SIRNAOMICS-B (ASX: 02257) has announced that its board of directors has accepted the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Ouyang Yunlong. Mr. Ouyang has stepped down from his roles as a Non-executive Director of the company, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. The resignation is effective from June 5, 2026, with the reason cited being his desire to dedicate more time to his other commitments.
Effective from the same date, June 5, 2026, Non-executive Director Dr. Yin Huijun has been appointed as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
