Litian Pictures Holdings Limited has issued a clarification regarding the share-register arrangements for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company now confirms that, for the purpose of determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM, the register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 17 November 2026 to Friday, 20 November 2026, both dates inclusive. During this period, no share transfers will be registered. Share transfer documents, together with the relevant share certificates, must therefore reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 16 November 2026.
Litian Pictures further states that Friday, 20 November 2026 is the record date for confirming shareholders’ entitlement to attend, speak and vote at the AGM. All other details in the previously issued circular and AGM notice dated 27 October 2026 remain unchanged, and the proxy form already circulated will continue to be valid.
The company’s board currently comprises three executive directors—Chairman Xie Taoquan, Yu Ping and Huang Meiyuan—together with independent non-executive directors Liang Jie, Jing Quanliang and Chen Tong.
