The world's inaugural real world asset (RWA) tokenization project for film and television copyright cash flows, the V-IP Rights On-chain Private Note I (VIPR), has been officially launched by VOBILE GROUP (03738) and secured millions of dollars in subscriptions from institutional investors on its first day. The total issuance size is $10 million. Leveraging the professional tokenization services of Asia's leading RWA technology service provider, Starway Technology, the offering is open to global investors under compliant frameworks. The underlying assets for this project are the future genuine revenue cash flows generated from the distribution of film and television copyright content on global streaming platforms such as YouTube and Facebook, among other channels. Through VOBILE's technology-enabled rights confirmation and monitoring, previously non-standardized and opaque copyright revenues are transformed into standardized, transparent, and transferable digital assets.
In the AI era, the content industry is transitioning from a "whale-hunting model" to a "beekeeping model." Traditional film and television investment focused heavily on top-tier projects, relying on experience, resources, and project reputation for decision-making—a process akin to a blind gamble. With the advancement of AI technology, the creator base has expanded to over 140 million globally, and revenues are aggregated from dozens of disparate channels. Content monetization no longer relies solely on one-time buyouts from traditional film and television distribution. Instead, through dissemination across networks and social media, revenues are gathered like honey from thousands of scattered income sources. VOBILE's objective is precisely to aggregate these dispersed earnings into assets that can be allocated by financial capital, through revenue tracking and compliant issuance.
For a long time, VOBILE's core capabilities have revolved around the identification, protection, tracking, and revenue recovery of film and television copyrights. Over the past two decades, VOBILE has used technological means to confirm content usage scenarios, licensing status, and revenue attribution, helping rights holders recapture value that might otherwise have been lost into their management systems. Building on its capabilities in infringement detection, revenue collection, and copyright management, and combining them with innovative financial pathways for RWAs within a compliant framework, VOBILE transforms the future income of copyrights into digital assets that can be continuously tracked, verified, and audited. This evolution elevates the company from a copyright protection service provider to a valuation and issuance platform for digital content assets.
For this project, VOBILE introduced the V-ALPHA™ content asset valuation engine. This engine combines 20 years of operational data with AI models to create dynamic profiles and transparent data tracking for intellectual property (IP), providing, for the first time, the scientific valuation foundation required for film and television content to be treated as financial assets. In terms of product design, VIPR avoids betting on a single IP through a diversified underlying asset portfolio. Approximately 60% consists of stable, long-term revenue from Hollywood film and television content, while about 40% comprises growth-oriented revenue from AI-generated content monetization, giving the content assets scalable risk resilience. Simultaneously, VOBILE addresses the "pricing black box" issue of traditional film and television investment through continuous data tracking, making copyright revenue cash flows trackable, verifiable, and auditable.
The technological infrastructure supports multiple blockchains including Solana and Ethereum and facilitates secondary trading under compliant frameworks. The significance of this issuance is comparable to how supply chain finance enabled Chinese manufacturing to go global; RWAs are performing a similar function for the content industry in the AI era. They convert trackable copyright revenues in advance into liquid assets, providing the creative industry with the conditions for genuine scale for the first time. This model has the potential to reshape the global trillion-dollar creator economy, representing a crucial step from "selling works" to "managing assets." It also marks a pioneering step for VOBILE GROUP in the field of digital content assetization.
