[Click to register] China Quality News reported that since the beginning of this year, the Market Regulation Bureau of Lingzhi County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, based on the county's positioning for empowering cultural tourism development, has relied on the Danxia Scenic Area Restaurant Association to continuously strengthen the role of "association+", promote quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in scenic area restaurant services, and create a reassuring and comfortable tourism consumption environment.
"Association + Demonstration": serving as the "guide" for industry development. Adhering to demonstration-driven development, it actively guided 56 member units to take the lead and set examples in food safety, clear pricing, quality service, and environmental improvement. They consciously aligned with the "checklist" of 48 inspection items for restaurant units and the "five clean" requirements, standardized kitchen layouts, filled hardware shortcomings, and promoted the effective implementation of requirements such as "internet + transparent kitchen," clear pricing, serving chopsticks and spoons, and combating food waste. Two on-site observation and experience exchange activities were organized, helping create a strong atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing."
"Association + Supervision": serving as the "guardian" of compliant operations. A regulatory model of "stationed enforcement + mobile patrol + staggered duty" was implemented, focusing on key areas such as food safety, price supervision, special equipment, and advertising, and carrying out special rectification of market order in the scenic area. Nine food safety social supervisors fully leveraged their role as "mobile probes," implementing closed-loop management of "receiving demands - precise assignment - follow-up supervision - feedback and return visits." Up to now, 526 risk hazards have been investigated and rectified, 25 cases have been handled, 112 complaints and reports and 14 online public opinion matters have been disposed of through closed-loop handling, with completion rate, return visit rate, and disclosure rate all reaching 100%.
"Association + Self-discipline": serving as the "advocate" of honesty and law-abiding operation. Member units were guided to consciously implement the association charter, industry rules and conventions, and self-discipline covenants. Two industry self-discipline initiative activities were carried out, five industry regular meetings were held for publicity and implementation, with more than 160 participations, and regular education for practitioners was conducted to guide business entities to strengthen self-restraint and operate with integrity and in compliance with the law. A total of 185 integrity operation commitment letters and standardized kitchen waste disposal commitment letters were signed and organized, eight issues of the "red and black list" were released, along with 14 consumer tips and 12 typical cases, promoting self-purification and self-improvement of the industry.
"Association + Brand": serving as the "supportive family" of business entities. Based on the cultural tourism resource advantages of Danxia, the "Food Safety Operation Guidelines for Restaurant Service Units" and the "Food Safety Compliance Guidelines for Online Restaurant Services" were formulated, unifying requirements for dish quality, service standards, price disclosure, and complaint handling, and organizing business entities to build brands together and shape their image jointly. Activities to help enterprises alleviate difficulties were carried out in 135 business entities, proactively helping solve 32 difficulties and demands in areas such as license handling and kitchen renovation, allowing business entities to operate with peace of mind and develop with confidence.
