iDreamSky acquires 4.50 million shares for HK$2.00 million under 2023 Share Incentive Scheme

iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (iDreamSky) disclosed that the scheme trustee has bought 4.50 million shares on the open market at a total consideration of approximately HK$2.00 million.

The purchases were executed pursuant to the 2023 Share Incentive Scheme adopted on 18 May 2023. The company stated that additional on-market acquisitions will be conducted “from time to time”, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Management highlighted that the programme aims to support share incentives for eligible participants. iDreamSky’s board, chaired by Mr. Chen Xiangyu, reiterated its reminder for shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.

The announcement was issued from Shenzhen on 11 May 2026 and lists nine board members, including three executive directors, two non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
