New Media Lab releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and ESG report; documents accessible online from 13 April 2026

New Media Lab Limited (01284) has uploaded three key corporate documents to both its own website (https://www.NewMediaLab.com.hk) and the HKEX website (https://www.hkexnews.hk) as of 13 April 2026.

The postings comprise: 1. 2025 Annual Report. 2. A circular dated 13 April 2026 detailing: • Proposals for the re-election of directors. • Proposed general mandates to issue new shares and to buy back shares. • Notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM). 3. The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, available solely in electronic format.

Shareholders who previously requested hard copies will receive printed versions of the annual report and circular by post. Those wishing to obtain printed copies—or who encounter difficulties accessing the online files—may submit a written request to Union Registrars Limited (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or email 1284-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Written requests for printed communications are valid for one year from receipt and must be renewed thereafter if shareholders wish to continue receiving physical documentation.
