Imperium Financial (8029) Announces Board Composition and Committee Arrangements

Imperium Financial Group Limited (Stock Code: 8029) has disclosed its latest board composition and committee memberships, effective as of 23 October 2025. The Board comprises four executive directors—led by Chairman Mr. Cheng Ting Kong—and three independent non-executive directors.

The executive directors are Mr. Cheng Ting Kong (Chairman), Mr. Cheng Mei Ching, Mr. Chim Tak Lai, and Mr. Wang Qiang. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Chan Tin Lup, Trevor, Mr. Tou Kin Chuen, and Mr. Ting Wong Kacee. The Board has established three committees—Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee—to oversee corporate governance and related matters.

Mr. Tou Kin Chuen chairs both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, while Mr. Chan Tin Lup, Trevor is a member of these two committees and chairs the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Ting Wong Kacee serves as a member across all three of the established committees.
