Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) has announced its interim dividend distribution for 2025. The bank will distribute cash dividends of RMB 0.1414 per share (tax inclusive) based on 356,406,257,089 ordinary shares as of the record date on December 12, 2025. The total cash dividend payout amounts to approximately RMB 50.396 billion.
For A-shares, ICBC will distribute dividends on 269,612,212,539 shares, totaling around RMB 38.123 billion. The ex-dividend date is set for December 15, 2025.
