BOCOM INTL (03329) has announced that Mr. Wang Xianjia has resigned from his positions as an Executive Director, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Risk Officer of the company, effective March 6, 2026. The resignation is due to a work reassignment. Following his resignation, Mr. Wang will automatically cease to be a member of the Board's Strategy and Risk Management Committee and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Mr. Xie Jie, an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company, will assume the role of authorized representative, effective from March 6, 2026.
