Phoenix TV Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Formalises Paperless Communication Regime

Bulletin Express08-28

Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited (Phoenix TV) announced that its 2026 Interim Report has been released in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s investor-relations site (https://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/phoenixtv/) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board underlined that, following the expanded paper-reduction rules effective 31 December 2023 (HKEX Listing Rules 2.07), Phoenix TV has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Hard copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Key operational details include: • Non-registered shareholders must provide a valid email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive electronic notifications of future publications. • Investors who encounter difficulties accessing documents online may request free printed versions from the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by post (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai) or email (phoenixmedia.ecom@computershare.com.hk). • Shareholders preferring physical copies of all future corporate communications can return the enclosed reply form to the registrar or submit the same request via email, specifying name and address.

For further enquiries, the registrar’s hotline (+852 2862 8688) operates on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time.

Company Secretary Ho Lap Kei signed the notice on 31 August 2026, reaffirming Phoenix TV’s commitment to sustainable, cost-efficient shareholder communications.
