Stock News10-15

According to Zhitong Finance, on October 15, the 2026 JD.com 11.11 Launch Conference was held in Beijing.

At the event, JD.com (09618) showcased its production services capabilities in full for the first time, leveraging its supply chain foundation to provide over 10 million enterprises with end-to-end services covering research and development, production, operations, and sales.

In 2025, JD.com's production services volume has already exceeded 300 billion yuan.

In the future, JD.com will use its self-developed AI technology as a core driving force, advancing toward becoming the nation's largest modern production services enterprise, helping businesses improve quality and efficiency and enabling the real economy to achieve a leap forward.

AI-Driven: JD.com's Production Services Tap into a 40 Trillion Yuan Market

The service industry has become the largest sector of the national economy.

In 2025, China's service industry added value reached 80.89 trillion yuan, of which production services exceeded 40 trillion yuan, accounting for half, while also representing 30% of total GDP.

Currently, the state requires promoting production services toward specialization and higher value-added positions along the value chain, compounded by the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing that generates substantial demand for specialized services. The value of production services continues to become more prominent.

As a technology and services enterprise built on supply chain foundations, JD.com has深耕 production services for twenty years.

In terms of coverage, JD.com's online service network is deeply integrated with its nationwide offline operations, with overseas warehouses in 26 countries and regions. From hundred-billion-level state-owned enterprises to county-level small and medium-sized manufacturing firms, JD.com can meet diverse needs including procurement, logistics, technology, finance, leasing, and ESG.

At present, JD.com has served over 10 million enterprise clients, covering 91% of Fortune 500 companies in China, 98% of China's Top 500 Private Enterprises, and 70% of specialized and sophisticated enterprises.

In 2025, JD.com's production services volume surpassed 300 billion yuan, with JD Logistics' integrated warehousing and distribution services for enterprise clients seeing revenue grow 33% year-on-year, JD Industrials' revenue growing 27.4% year-on-year in the first half of 2026, and business-facing services including housekeeping, food delivery, auctions, and corporate travel all maintaining rapid growth.

AI-driven capability is the core highlight of JD.com's production services.

Supported by JD Cloud's computing infrastructure and JD JoyAI foundation model, JD.com continues to evolve its various AI vertical models and products, deeply applying them in numerous enterprise scenarios.

Taking JD Industrials' JoyIndustrial model as an example, the AI-driven incremental transactions it generates already account for 6.5% of core customers' GMV. By the end of next year, JD Industrials' AI capabilities will cover more than 80% of enterprise clients.

Its solid industrial service capabilities have also earned authoritative industry recognition: on Gartner's global supply chain Top 25 list, JD.com ranked 16th, the only Chinese retail enterprise to make the list; among China's Top 500 Service Enterprises, it ranked 6th, the only private enterprise in the top six.

Five Major Categories, Over 200 Services: Helping Enterprises Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency Across the Entire Chain

At this launch event, JD.com for the first time publicly showcased its full-spectrum production services capabilities: leveraging over 20 years of supply chain accumulation and supported by self-developed AI technology, it has built four major supply chains at the foundation—commercial flow, logistics, finance, and technology—along with a talent service chain, spawning multiple AI innovation applications and commercialized products. It can provide 5 major categories and over 200 production services, fully covering the entire chain of enterprise R&D, production, operations, sales, and service.

Currently, JD.com's production services have been deployed across dozens of key industries and hundreds of segmented scenarios, achieving full coverage of the 10 major categories of production services as defined by the National Bureau of Statistics.

This full-spectrum capability brings three core values to enterprise clients: transparency and compliance, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and professional reliability.

On the transparency and compliance front, JD.com adheres to "genuine products" and "zero tolerance for counterfeits," strictly controlling source quality for self-operated goods and strictly regulating merchant access and operating standards on its open platform.

Relying on digital procurement platforms such as JD HuiCai, it helps enterprises achieve stable supply and full-process control in procurement operations; it has also built a government-enterprise green procurement and carbon footprint management platform, providing carbon emission reduction accounting and full-chain carbon footprint tracking services.

Through the "Hundred Cities, Hundred Billion Plan," JD.com's transparent procurement platform has been deployed in more than 60 cities, and related practices were recognized as a 2025 National Excellent Credit Practice Case.

On the cost reduction and efficiency improvement front, JD.com uses digital and intelligent solutions to connect clients' entire chain of R&D, production, operations, sales, and service, pursuing optimal overall supply chain costs. It built a one-stop digital procurement platform for China National Coal Group, co-built a data pool to support the "China Coal Price Index," dynamically managed material prices, streamlined redundant intermediary links, and ensured material supply for remote mining areas through an integrated warehouse-cabinet-supermarket model; it helped XCMG Group compress spare parts procurement cycles from over 20 days to 3-5 days, significantly reducing comprehensive procurement costs; and for Feihe, it built three major intelligent distribution warehouses, implementing intelligent custody, inventory allocation, and unified inventory fulfillment systems, increasing in-warehouse operational efficiency by 20%, accelerating inventory turnover by over 30%, and reducing cross-regional orders by 20%.

On the professional reliability front, JD.com adheres to a "practice first, then deploy" implementation philosophy, using its own massive business system as an industrial testing ground. Only after solutions have been validated through internal real-world operations and proven mature and stable does it then export them to enterprise clients across industries, minimizing implementation risks for businesses.

During the JD.com 11.11 period, JD.com will use its production services capabilities to provide strong support for enterprises and merchants.

Facing the long-term demand for high-quality development of the real economy, JD.com will continue to increase investment, advancing toward becoming the nation's largest modern production services enterprise, helping the real economy improve quality and efficiency, and promoting "China Services" to unleash greater value in global industrial competition.
