CRRC EGM Approves Appointment of Executive Director Wang Feng with 99.30% Shareholder Support

CRRC Corporation Limited (abbrev. CRRC) released the poll results of its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 27 April 2026 in Beijing.

A total of 4,223 shareholders and proxies, representing 16.00 billion voting shares—or 55.76% of the company’s 28.70 billion issued shares—participated through a combination of on-site and online voting.

The sole ordinary resolution, concerning the addition of a director to the fourth board session, received 15.89 billion votes in favour (99.30%), 95.14 million votes against (0.59%) and 16.47 million abstentions (0.10%). As more than half of the votes supported the motion, the resolution was duly passed.

Following the vote, Mr. Wang Feng has been elected an executive director for the remainder of the fourth board’s term, effective immediately.

Of the company’s eight directors, five attended the meeting in person. The event’s procedures and voting process were reviewed by Jia Yuan Law Offices and deemed compliant with PRC company law, applicable regulations and the Articles of Association. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer.
