Hong Kong Exchange data shows that on August 14, E&P Global (01142) experienced a notable change in its share position, with a total transfer value of 152 million Hong Kong dollars, accounting for 15.3% of the company's market presence.
Company shareholders transferred 2 billion shares to KGI Securities Asia, while simultaneously moving 2.002 billion shares out of CVC Capital Services. E&P Global issued a statement confirming that all conditions outlined in the subscription agreement, as supplemented, related to the first subscription event have been satisfied, and the first completion was finalized on July 13, 2026.
Under the terms of the subscription agreement, a total of 454.5 million first subscription shares have been successfully allotted and issued to the subscriber under a general mandate, at a first subscription price of 0.11 Hong Kong dollars per share. These first subscription shares represent approximately 3.60% of the company's issued share capital immediately before the first completion, and about 3.47% of the enlarged issued share capital following the allotment and issuance of the first subscription shares.
