Xiao Noodles executes HKD 1.53 million share buyback on 27 April; cumulative repurchases reach 5.23 million shares

According to the Next Day Disclosure Return released on 27 April 2026, Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (H-share; abbreviated as “Xiao Noodles”) repurchased 362,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day. The shares were bought at prices between HKD 4.10 and HKD 4.30, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.53 million.

The latest transaction represents 0.05% of Xiao Noodles’ current issued share capital of 710.69 million shares. As the shares have not yet been cancelled, the company’s issued share count remains unchanged.

Including the 27 April purchase, Xiao Noodles has bought back 5.23 million shares since 3 February 2026 under the existing mandate approved on 26 January 2026. The cumulative amount equals 0.74% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 71.07 million shares under this mandate, leaving 92.64% of the authorised capacity unused.

All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Xiao Noodles is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 27 May 2026.
