Morgan Stanley Bank Divests 15,800 A-Shares of ENN Natural Gas in Derivative Sale During Privatisation Process

On 29 April 2026, the Executive received a Rule 22 disclosure indicating that Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.—a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror in the ongoing privatisation of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd.—executed a disposal of the target company’s A shares on 28 April 2026.

The transaction involved the sale of 15,800 A shares through an unsolicited client-facilitation derivative product maturing on 31 August 2027. The reference price was RMB 21.2002 per share, yielding proceeds of approximately RMB 0.33 million.

Following the sale, Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. reported a resultant position of zero shares in ENN Natural Gas. The bank confirmed the trade was executed for its own account; Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.

All figures were disclosed in renminbi; no additional share dealings were reported.
