SSY GROUP has announced that it has received drug production registration approvals from China's National Medical Products Administration for two products.

The company has obtained approval for Propylthiouracil Tablets (50mg), which is categorized as a Class 4 chemical drug and is considered to have passed consistency evaluation. This makes SSY GROUP the third domestic company to receive approval for this product. Propylthiouracil Tablets are primarily used to treat various types of hyperthyroidism in patients intolerant to methimazole.

Additionally, the group has secured approval for Calcium Gluconate and Sodium Chloride Injection (50ml:1g/0.3375g). This product is classified as a Class 3 chemical drug and is also deemed to have passed consistency evaluation. Calcium Gluconate and Sodium Chloride Injection is mainly used in the treatment of acute hypocalcemia, magnesium poisoning, and fluoride poisoning.

This new injection complements the company's existing calcium preparation product series, which already includes Calcium Gluconate and Sodium Chloride Injection (100ml:2g/0.675g), Calcium Gluconate and Sodium Chloride Injection (100ml:1g/0.8g), and Calcium Gluconate Injection (10ml:1g).
