According to data from platforms such as Dongchedi, Xiaomi SU7 Ultra sales in December 2025 reached only 45 units.

Data from Lanjinger News indicates that the peak sales month for the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra was March 2025, with 3,101 units sold. From March to August 2025, monthly sales of the SU7 Ultra generally held steady between 2,000 and 3,000 units. However, starting in September, sales experienced a sharp decline, plummeting to just 488 units that month. Sales fell further to 130 units in October, dropped below 100 units in November, and by December, had fallen to under 50 units. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is a core product under Xiaomi's automotive premiumization strategy. It was officially launched on February 27, 2025, with a price tag of 529,900 yuan. Looking at the annual figures, the cumulative sales of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra have surpassed 10,000 units, achieving the target previously set by CEO Lei Jun. However, the majority of these sales were completed in the first half of the year, with only about 3,000 units sold in the second half, indicating a pronounced decline in the latter period. It is worth noting that the SU7 Ultra is positioned to compete with models such as the Porsche Taycan, the Zeekr 001 FR, and the Tesla Model S. In a horizontal comparison, despite the sales slump, it remains one of the better-performing models within its specific market segment. The decline in SU7 Ultra sales contrasts with the performance of Xiaomi's other two models. In December 2025, sales of the standard Xiaomi SU7 reached 11,123 units, while sales of the YU7 surged past 39,000 units, setting new sales records for several consecutive months. Notably, according to previous reports, the used car market for Xiaomi vehicles has recently seen significant price drops. Among the three models, the SU7's price has fallen to as low as 150,000 yuan, with the SU7 Ultra experiencing the largest decline, while the YU7 has seen a relatively smaller drop. Data from Dongchedi shows the current national average price for a used SU7 Ultra is 412,000 yuan, with nearly-new used vehicles generally depreciating by over 100,000 yuan compared to their original price. Some used cars with around 10,000 kilometers on the odometer have seen price drops exceeding 150,000 yuan.

According to the 21st Century Business Herald, Xiaomi Auto delivered a report card exceeding 410,000 vehicles for its first full delivery year (2025), achieving an annual target completion rate of 117%. Within this total, the SU7 firmly secured the position of sales champion in the sedan segment priced above 200,000 yuan. The YU7, meanwhile, topped the sales chart for mid-to-large-size SUVs for multiple consecutive months, with deliveries surpassing 150,000 units within six months of its launch—2.3 times the delivery volume of the SU7 during the same period. In early 2026, Lei Jun announced Xiaomi Auto's sales target of 550,000 vehicles for the year 2026.
