Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. has confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination of all forthcoming corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.
Under the new framework, “Actionable Corporate Communications” will be emailed individually to shareholders. If a functional email address is unavailable, a printed version will be sent together with a form requesting the shareholder’s email address.
All other corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on the company website (www.creality.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders will not receive separate publication notices; they are expected to monitor the two sites for new postings.
To streamline electronic delivery, shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address by completing an online form (accessible via QR code) no later than 4 July 2026, or by notifying Tricor Investor Services Limited via written notice or email (3388-ecom@vistra.com) with at least seven business days’ lead time.
Printed copies of any future corporate or actionable communications will remain available free of charge upon written request to Tricor Investor Services Limited. A standing request for printed documents will stay valid until revoked, superseded, or the end of the company’s financial year, whichever comes first.
