In the consumer IP sector, the company has established three core businesses: IP digitization, secondary IP product trading, and IP ecosystem operations. Leveraging Web 3.0 infrastructure and AI technology from partners, the company integrates brands, IPs, and creators into an open commercial network.
Currently, VIRTUAL MIND has formed a joint venture with West Football Chain Technology to specialize in Web3.0-based sports IP operations, including trading cards, collectible figurines, and rights-based vouchers (e.g., offline experience tickets, product redemption coupons, and co-branded project passes).
In IP digitization, the company uses blockchain to transform traditional IP products (tickets, derivatives, collectibles) into verifiable digital assets, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and standardized ownership. For example, its VR trading cards employ AI to convert static images into dynamic VR experiences viewable via smartphone scans. Users can also securely store IP rights products in the self-hosted blockchain wallet VM Gallery.
For secondary IP trading, VIRTUAL MIND collaborates with trusted platforms to facilitate licensed transactions while embedding royalty mechanisms to protect creator income and subsidize end consumers.
In IP ecosystem operations, the company builds highly interactive fan communities through loyalty programs and co-creation activities. Examples include LaLiga Club, an online community serving millions of Chinese LaLiga fans, and the i-520 Sports Art Interactive Center, which merges top-tier sports and entertainment IPs into offline experiential spaces.
To address authenticity challenges, blockchain ensures each IP product’s uniqueness and transparent transaction history. Smart contracts automate payments and royalty distribution, enhancing liquidity while curbing speculation.
In the industrial IP sector, VIRTUAL MIND has partnered with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to support its "Vision 2030" initiatives, including the "SMSC" (Smart Manufacturing and Super Complex) and "RAAS" (Robot-as-a-Service) projects. The company is assisting Saudi Arabia in cultural, sports, tourism, and real estate transformations under this economic diversification plan.
At the 2025 Industrial Exhibition (ITSA), VIRTUAL MIND led a delegation of 30+ Chinese companies and operated the largest industrial robotics exhibit (1,400+ sqm), attracting six ministers and 200+ Saudi industry leaders.

**Q:** Do you work with tier-1 or tier-2 IPs? Any plans for in-house IP? **A:** Current partners like LaLiga are tier-1. We prioritize digitizing established IPs but may explore original IPs later.
**Q:** Growth outlook? **A:** Consumer IP is nearing monetization; Saudi industrial projects should deliver steady returns soon, with multi-fold growth potential.
