GREENLAND HK Maintains Stable Share Capital and Public Float in August 2026

Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (GREENLAND HK) reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.

The group’s authorised share capital remains at HKD 5.00 billion, comprising: • 7.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50, totaling HKD 3.50 billion; and • 3.00 billion non-voting convertible preference shares, also at HKD 0.50 each, totaling HKD 1.50 billion.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2,791.88 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares at month-end, resulting in total issued shares identical to the outstanding share count.

GREENLAND HK confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as of 31 August 2026.

No movements occurred in share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity arrangements during the period. The previously disclosed connected and employee share subscriptions approved in March 2018 remain authorized, but no new shares were issued under that mandate in August.

All confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Director Mr. Luo Weifeng, affirming full regulatory compliance regarding share issuance and listing conditions.
