Liaoning Province is innovating its industrial chain model to forge a new engine for industrial growth. The province has developed distinctive quality improvement pathways for key industrial chains, including industrial robots, compressors, and hydrogen energy. This initiative deepens brand empowerment, transforming quality advantages into competitive strengths and injecting robust momentum into Liaoning's high-quality economic development.
As the cradle of China's robotics industry, Liaoning has established a unique quality enhancement model with the Provincial Inspection, Testing, and Certification Center acting as the chain leader and Siasun Robot & Automation as the core enterprise. By collaborating with institutions such as the Shenyang Institute of Automation under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the model has filled 16 gaps in quality infrastructure, resolved 24 technical challenges, and led the initiation of multiple national standards. New products like embodied intelligent welding robots have been developed, with industrial mobile robots recognized as "Liaoning Quality Products." The initiative was selected for a national cross-regional quality chain enhancement project. Liaoning has formulated a three-year action plan with Zhejiang, Guangdong, and Chongqing. Siasun established an embodied intelligence research institute and launched humanoid robots, continuously empowering the industry's advancement toward intelligent and high-end manufacturing.
In the compressor industry chain, Shenyang Blower Works Group serves as the core enterprise, building an "I-PDMS" full-lifecycle quality management model. Following its implementation, the company achieved improvements in both quality and efficiency. Its leading products now hold over 60% market share, rivaling international giants, directly substituting for tens of billions of dollars in imports, and creating more than 200 first-of-their-kind equipment sets in China.
