XD Inc. Buys Back 180,000 Shares for HKD 7.65 Million; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 4.81 Million Shares

XD Inc. disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 23 July 2026 that it repurchased 180,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 41.36 to HKD 42.92, for a total consideration of HKD 7.65 million, implying an average cost of HKD 42.49 per share.

Including this latest transaction, XD Inc. has bought back 4.81 million shares between 12 June and 23 July 2026 under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026. The cumulative volume represents 0.98% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. The mandate authorises the repurchase of up to 48.93 million shares, leaving 44.12 million shares, or about 9.02% of the issued capital, still available for buy-backs.

All 4.81 million repurchased shares remain outstanding pending cancellation. As a result, the company’s issued share count stood unchanged at 489.31 million shares as of 23 July 2026.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), XD Inc. is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 22 August 2026 following the latest repurchase.
