As China’s economy advances toward high-quality development, residents’ wealth management needs are becoming increasingly comprehensive and diversified, demanding higher standards for financial security and life-cycle planning services.

Deep collaboration between banks and insurers has emerged as a critical pathway to enhance integrated financial services, align with national strategies, and support the real economy and social welfare. The partnership between Hua Xia Bank and Sino-Dutch Life Insurance reflects proactive adaptation to these industry trends.

Hua Xia Bank remains committed to serving national priorities and contributing to Beijing’s development, upholding the political and people-centric principles of financial work. The bank has built a nationwide integrated financial service system while deepening its focus on the "Five Key Areas of Finance."

Sino-Dutch Life Insurance, among the first Sino-foreign joint-venture life insurers established after China’s WTO accession, prioritizes customer-centric innovation in products and services. The company has built a strong reputation in long-term savings, risk protection, health management, and elderly care solutions.

This agreement represents a major step in deepening collaboration and advancing bank-insurance synergy. The two parties will focus on three key areas to establish a new model of integrated "bank + insurance" services:

1. **Building a Comprehensive Service Ecosystem** Leveraging Hua Xia Bank’s customer base and distribution channels alongside Sino-Dutch Life’s expertise in life protection and wealth inheritance, the partnership will deliver one-stop, life-cycle financial solutions.

2. **Pioneering Pension Finance Innovation** In response to national policies, the partners will co-develop competitive pension insurance products and services, supporting the multi-tiered elderly care system and the vision of "quality aging with security."

3. **Sharing Technology and Data Capabilities** Within regulatory frameworks, the collaboration will explore system integration and smart data applications to enhance service precision, convenience, and risk management, creating intelligent, scenario-based solutions.

During the ceremony, 10 regional branches of Hua Xia Bank and 10 subsidiaries of Sino-Dutch Life also signed cooperation agreements, ensuring strategic alignment extends to grassroots implementation for seamless customer service.

Moving forward, Hua Xia Bank and Sino-Dutch Life Insurance will uphold their commitment to "finance for the people" and deepen synergies to drive social welfare and industry progress.
