On 18 May 2026, STAR SPORTS MEDICINE CO., LTD. (“STAR SPORTS MED”) confirmed that, in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the expanded paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications will be provided exclusively in electronic form.
The company stated that both English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (or their summaries), notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be accessible on its website (https://starsportmed.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent by default.
Shareholders are requested to supply a functional email address. Two options are provided: 1. Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form to register an email address; or 2. Complete and return the reply form or email starsportmed.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
If no valid email address is supplied, STAR SPORTS MED will continue sending actionable corporate communications in hard copy until electronic contact details are received. Shareholders who prefer printed materials may opt in via the reply form or email; such an instruction remains valid for one year from receipt.
Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong share registrar, will manage address collection, data privacy, and delivery logistics in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
The board emphasised that the new arrangement aims to improve timeliness, reduce paper usage and enhance overall communication efficiency with securities holders. Chairman Dong Wenxing signed the notice on behalf of the board.
