Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP) (16 & 80016) announced that Executive Director Ms. Fung Sau-yim, Maureen has resigned effective 3 February 2026 due to health issues.
According to the announcement, Ms. Fung confirmed no disagreement with the Board and is not aware of any matters requiring attention from shareholders. The Board of SHKP comprises eight Executive Directors, two Non-Executive Directors, and seven Independent Non-Executive Directors as of the date of announcement.
