BOC Aviation (02588) released its operational trading update for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The total portfolio comprised 815 owned, managed, and ordered aircraft and engines. The average age of the 451 owned aircraft was 5.0 years, with an average remaining lease term of 7.8 years. The order book included 337 aircraft, and the managed fleet consisted of 16 aircraft. The customer base for the owned and managed fleet covered 87 airlines across 46 countries and regions, with the utilization rate for the owned fleet maintained at 100% for the full year.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company executed 66 transactions, bringing the full-year total to 333 transactions. These included commitments to purchase 14 aircraft in the fourth quarter and 160 for the full year. The company delivered 16 aircraft in the fourth quarter (excluding 4 purchased by airline customers prior to delivery), resulting in a net total of 51 aircraft delivered for the year. It sold 7 owned aircraft and 1 managed aircraft in the fourth quarter, with full-year sales reaching 35 owned and 1 managed aircraft. The company signed 21 lease commitments in the fourth quarter and 74 for the full year.
Total financing for the year exceeded USD 4 billion.
