NEWLINK TECH reiterates full transition to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications

Bulletin Express04-24

NEWLINK Technology Inc. issued a reminder that all future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively via electronic means. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company’s website (www.newlinktech.com.cn) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed distribution.

Non-registered shareholders have not yet supplied functional email addresses through their respective intermediaries and are therefore urged to update those details with banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents must complete and return the designated reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email newlink.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.

The company underscored that the electronic policy promotes environmental sustainability and streamlines investor communication. Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
