Sa Sa International Encourages Shareholders to Switch to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express07-24

Sa Sa International Holdings Limited issued a shareholder notice on 27 July 2026 inviting newly registered investors to choose how they wish to receive future corporate communications.

Shareholders can elect one of the following options: 1) Electronic access via the company website (http://corp.sasa.com) or the HKEx website (http://www.hkexnews.hk); 2) Printed English version; 3) Printed Chinese version; 4) Printed bilingual version.

To record their preference, investors must return a completed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited. Forms can be mailed (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), emailed (sasa-ecom@vistra.com) or posted in Hong Kong using the prepaid mailing label attached to the form.

If the company does not receive a signed Reply Form or any written objection by 26 August 2026, the shareholder will be deemed to have chosen the electronic option. In that case, the company will send only an email or postal notification when new corporate communications are published online.

The company states that printed copies of English and Chinese documents remain available free of charge on request, and shareholders may change their elected method or language at any time by notifying Tricor.

For enquiries, investors can contact Tricor’s customer service hotline on +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
